Job Description for the position of Sales Coordinator.Job requirement:To coordinate with Customers and OEMs in the field relating to mechanical/electrical systems for the Aerospace and Defense industry. What you will be doing?· Following up and developing the leads provided by the Principals/Channels.· To develop and close opportunities with Clients’ teams including preparation and submission of bids, following up and closing the deals.· Maintaining Customer database using Cloud based CRM tools and other software options.· Providing complete techno-commercial proposals, both budgetary and non-budgetary, to Customers and in response to Tender Enquiries.· Actively tracking and following up on all proposals made, towards order closures.· Actively keeping abreast of Competition Products/Technologies and keeping track of competitor activities with our prospects in the market.· Post-Order tracking and follow-up with principals/vendors to ensure completion of the procurement.· Contractual obligations (as applicable) such as:· Timely deliveries of the ordered products.· Complete & timely submission of Technical & Commercial Documentation.· Collection of Payments on timely basis.· Providing periodic Reports on Prospecting Activity, Leads Generation, Leads follow-up, Orders Database, Payments Status etc.· Interacting and liaising with the Principal Companies and Vendors to ensure that all the above activities are carried out to the best possible extent. We are looking for someone with the following QRs, o 2 to 4 years of experience (General graduates having strong experience in the defense and aerospace domain or Govt. sales) / Freshers (Engineering Graduates in Aeronautical, Automobile, Mechanical or Electronics streams.o Available for a full-time (in-office) position.o Can start immediately or within a month. o Should be able to handle and utilize all Microsoft Office software tools.o Having good analytical, problem solving and effective communication skills. o Can work independently with clarity on scope and responsibility.
