We, at Mundhra Masterbatch, have been supplying the plastics processing industry with colour masterbatches, additive masterbatches and combination masterbatches for almost 7 decades.
JOB RESPONSILITES
• Coordinate with the factory for production & dispatch on time as per customer schedule.
• Coordinating sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
• Responsible for Coordinating sales-related details, taking Inquires, preparation of quotation, proforma invoice, orders etc
• To provide sales administrative support to the field/marketing staff
• Tracking sales progress and Maintaining Department Database Records
• Ready the documents for sales invoice, dispatch final product & co-ordinate with the client in case of any query.
• Knowledge to make Eway bill.
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
• Processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
• Should have end to end co-ordination activities including dispatch samples, draft quotation.
Experience- 4-5 year (Proven experience in sales Coordinator Role in Manufacturing Industry.
Qualification- Min Graduate
