Job Description
Job Summary:We are seeking an Operations Executive to join our early-stage startup which is working towards excellent patient experience in healthcare. The candidate will be responsible for managing operations to ensure elevated experience for patients, and should be comfortable working with dashboards and talking to customers with regards to any and every question. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a quick learner, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The candidate should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
Responsibilities:Work closely with hospital billing and insurance teams to ensure timely payment and proper documentation of all claims
Manage dashboards in hospitals.
Communicate with hospital billing and insurance teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies
Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations and a high level of customer satisfaction
Work directly with founders to develop and implement operational strategies
Qualifications:
Experience in working in sales teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Familiarity with healthcare billing and insurance practices preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
