Our partners include KSB Pumps Ltd. for Pumps and valves, ABB Ltd. for Motors, AC/DC Drives, LV/MV Switchgears, Electric Wiring Accessories and instrumentation, Elecon Engineering Co.Ltd. for Gearboxes and couplings, PBL Ltd. for geared motors, Orbinox India Pvt. Ltd. for Knife Edge Gate Valves, Bray International for high-performance Butterfly Valves and Baumer (formerly known as WAREE) for high-performance Pressure Gauges & KEI Industries Limited for Cables and Wires. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator at Shrirang Sales Corporation in Surat. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day coordination with customers and sales teams, ensuring the timely delivery of orders, maintaining records and databases, and providing excellent customer service. Duties & responsibilities:- • To check email every day. • Review all instrument inquiry, review & make techno-commercial offer & follow up with client if any technical query, then resolve it. • To attend online training, Seminar & Webinar of ABB products. • To study every day of ABB product, online software. • Make online/offline order, take approval & send to ABB. • Every order follow-up to ABB operation team. • Manage all type of FOC replacement case. • Payment follow-up with client/customer. • Routine checking of online tender in N procure, Gem & Review. • Tender BOM items technical specification reviewing & make total estimate. • To make sales & payment report of every month. • Inventory & stock report & maintain it. • Follow up ABG, BG, EMD, DD & LC with our account team. • To maintain spares/consumables of various instruments of different projects. Qualifications :- • Sales coordination and Customer Service skills • Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation engineering or related field • Minimum 1 year of experience in documentation work (preferably in industrial products) • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Familiarity with instrumentation products is a must Perks and benefits • Leave encashment • Mediclaim • provident fund (if within salary bracket) • 2 Saturdays off
