Job Description: Sales Coordinator
Experience: 1Year +
Job Summary: The sales coordinator will work with the sales team to ensure efficient sales operations, provide customer support, and assist in various administrative and coordination tasks. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in administrative tasks related to sales, such as preparing reports, maintaining customer databases.
2. Provide assistance and support to customers regarding product inquiries, pricing, order status, and other related issues.
3. Serve as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and internal departments. Facilitate effective communication by relaying important information, updates, and feedback between parties.
4. Coordinate sales activities and schedules, including arranging sales meetings, conferences, and appointments. Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
5. Collect and analyze sales data to generate regular reports, performance metrics, and sales forecasts. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
6. Provide general support to the sales team, such as preparing sales materials, conducting market research, and assisting in the development of sales strategies and campaigns.
7. Assist in organizing and conducting sales training programs or workshops for the sales team, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Sales or Marketing
2. Must have good communication skills
3. Proficient in using MS Office Suite
4. Should be a cooking enthusiast
