About the Role
We are looking for a
dynamic, confident, and well-spoken Sales & Marketing Executive
to join our growing team in the
HVAC, energy efficiency, and sustainability domain
. This is a
front-end, high-visibility role
that involves
market engagement, consultant interaction, exhibition handling, and direct coordination with senior management
. The role offers

Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Follow-ups
· Follow up with inbound leads from exhibitions, website, LinkedIn, and campaigns
· Make introductory and qualification calls to new prospects
· Track follow-ups and maintain lead status
· Coordinate internally to ensure timely responses
Business Development & Outreach
· Make structured cold calls to: Corporate clients, Facility Management (FM) companies, MEP consultants & architects
· Introduce the company and its solutions confidently
· Identify decision-makers and influencers
· Schedule meetings for senior management
Exhibition & Event Management
· Manage pre-exhibition activities: Customer invitations, Meeting confirmations, Coordination of marketing material
· Represent the company at exhibitions and industry events
· Engage visitors professionally and capture requirements
· Handle post-exhibition follow-ups and meeting scheduling
Consultant, Architect & FM Engagement
· Visit MEP consultants, architects, sustainability consultants, and FM firms across Delhi NCR
· Introduce company offerings and build relationships
· Schedule meetings with senior leadership
· Maintain and grow a consultant / influencer database
Executive Assistance & Coordination
· Manage calendars, meetings, and follow-ups for senior management
· Coordinate travel, meetings, and client communication
· Prepare basic meeting notes, contact lists, and trackers
· Act as a coordination bridge between clients and leadership
Travel & Work Structure
• 30% local travel within Delhi NCR
(consultant visits, meetings)
• 20% outstation travel
(exhibitions, client meetings, events)
What We're Looking For
• 2–5 years of experience in:
• B2B Sales / Business Development
• Marketing / Client Coordination
• Inside Sales / EA + Sales Support roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, presentable, and professional personality
• Comfortable working independently in the market
• Willingness to travel and meet people regularly
• Prior exposure to HVAC, construction, real estate, building services, or industrial products is a plus (not mandatory)
Educational Qualification
• Graduate in:
• Business Administration / Marketing / Sales
• Engineering (preferred but not mandatory)
• Any graduate with relevant experience and strong communication skills
