Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Location: Bahadurgarh (Delhi NCR), Haryana

Position Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and streamline operations. The ideal candidate will handle sales order creation, coordinate with clients and internal departments (Accounts, PPC, and Dispatch), and ensure smooth communication and execution of sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Order Management:

· Accurately create and manage sales orders in the system.

· Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and compliant.

· Update sales records and track orders through their lifecycle.

Client Coordination:

· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.

· Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships.

· Provide support for client meetings and follow-ups as needed.

Internal Coordination:

· Work closely with the Accounts department to ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-ups.

· Collaborate with the PPC (Production Planning and Control) team to align orders with production schedules.

· Coordinate with the Dispatch team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

Administrative Support:

· Maintain organized records of sales transactions and client communications.

· Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights to the sales team and management.

· Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and other sales-related materials.

Skills Required:

Technical Skills:

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is a plus.

· Strong knowledge of sales order processing and documentation.

Soft Skills:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

· Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

· Problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

· Prior experience in a sales coordination or administrative role is preferred.

· Knowledge of industry-specific products/services is an advantage.
