We are looking for some fresher or experienced and well-organized Field or office Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field sales and backend team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.
Responsibilities
Coordinate sales team, customer & vendors by managing schedules, filing important documents, visiting clients and communicating relevant informationRespond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support over phone when requested.Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
Requirements
Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, field sales experience as a sales executive or sales coordinatorGood computer skills (MS Office)Proficiency in English & Hindi apart from OdiaWell-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solvingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA team player with high level of dedicationminimum Graduation

Salary: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
