Job Description:
· Handle incoming customer calls regarding daily product rates and enquiries.
· Act as a communication bridge between the Director, customers, warehouses and internal teams.
· Maintain and update rate sheets, order status, delivery schedules, and other operational records.
· Coordinate with warehouse staff for stock availability, dispatch status, and order follow-ups.
· Ensure timely communication and follow-up with customers to maintain positive relationships.
Required Skills:
· Strong communication skills.
· Good coordination and follow-up skills.
· Ability to manage calls professionally and handle customer queries.
· Basic MS Excel knowledge
· Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
