Pert - Smart Home Solutions, one of the leading home automation manufacturing company is looking to expand into different regions through the country. Company is looking for young, talented and energetic team members for taking their smart home products into market. We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team and support the sales of our PERT smart home solutions in Chennai. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer accounts, tracking sales progress, and ensuring timely delivery of orders. The ideal candidate will also have experience showcasing product demos at experience centers, and following up on leads and cold calling.

Responsibilities:
• Support the sales team by managing customer accounts, responding to customer inquiries, and providing product information related to PERT smart home solutions.
• Showcase product demos at our experience center to prospective customers.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing initiatives and cold calling to generate new business.
• Track sales progress and update sales reports to provide accurate sales forecasting for PERT smart home solutions.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any production-related issues that may impact delivery schedules for PERT smart home solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and purchase orders related to PERT smart home solutions as required.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of PERT smart home solutions to ensure availability of products.
• Organize and coordinate sales events and promotional activities related to PERT smart home solutions.
• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and materials for PERT smart home solutions.
• Follow up on sales leads and maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system related to PERT smart home solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project completion related to PERT smart home solutions.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the smart home solutions or home interior industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction related to PERT smart home solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
