Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Support the sales team by managing customer accounts, responding to customer inquiries, and providing product information related to PERT smart home solutions.
• Showcase product demos at our experience center to prospective customers.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing initiatives and cold calling to generate new business.
• Track sales progress and update sales reports to provide accurate sales forecasting for PERT smart home solutions.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any production-related issues that may impact delivery schedules for PERT smart home solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and purchase orders related to PERT smart home solutions as required.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of PERT smart home solutions to ensure availability of products.
• Organize and coordinate sales events and promotional activities related to PERT smart home solutions.
• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and materials for PERT smart home solutions.
• Follow up on sales leads and maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system related to PERT smart home solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project completion related to PERT smart home solutions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the smart home solutions or home interior industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction related to PERT smart home solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
