• Maintain Customer relations
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Good oral and written communication skills.

• Good at Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports by collecting individual persons' sales data.
• Experience in coordinating with the sales team and manufacturing team for the timely delivery of goods.
• Experience in B2C will be preferred.
• Strong in cost negotiations and price finalizations.
• Good in cost estimation, and preparing budgetary quotes.
• Willing to travel to customer sites upon demand.
• Monitoring the sales according to the set target.
• Monitoring customer complaints and timely resolving the same.
• Support customers for service and installation.
• Monitoring the AMC contracts with all customers.
• Spares Management.
• Coordinating with government officials for legal compliance.
• Knowledge of sales activities of the Weighing scale will be given preference.
• Promoting the product on various social media.
• Monitoring the inquiries from online platforms and converting the same to sales.
• Resources planning for the team.
• Organizing and participating in exhibitions, promotional activities, etc.
• Candidates from a technical background with prior experience in sales are also accepted.
