GBBC Corporation is a Trading company dedicated to providing high-quality Bearing and Machinery tools to our clients. We pride ourselves on our customer service and innovative solutions. We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our sales team.
Make outbound calls to potential clients from a provided list to introduce and sell our products/services.
Answer incoming calls from prospective clients and provide information about products/services.
Follow up with previous clients to renew interest and close sales.
Maintain a record of calls and update client information in the database.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner.
Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Provide feedback to management regarding client needs, sales strategies, and marketing techniques.
