Position overview
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator at SHARDA STEEL EQUIPMENTS INC in Vadodara. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for sales coordination, customer service, communication, and sales operations on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Sales Coordination, Sales, and Sales Operations skills
0-5 years Experience
Proficiency in MS Office
Fluency in both Hindi & English
Key Responsibility
Customer Service and Communication skills
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Graduated/Post Graduated
Managing the sales pipeline and ensuring that all opportunities are tracked and followed up on in a timely manner.
Submission of Catalogs & Quotations.
Negotiations with Clients.
Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
Maximize lead generation potential with effective online & offline strategies
Planning and monitoring ongoing company presence on social media
Ready to travel PAN India/Abroad for site visits exhibitions and business meetings,
