Job Description
you will be an integral part of our sales team, providing essential administrative and organizational support to help maximize sales efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with sales representatives and customers to ensure a seamless sales experience. We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role who can hit the ground running and contribute to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support: Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, including preparing quotes, proposals, and sales presentations.
Order Processing: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure product availability.
Sales Reporting: Generate sales reports and analysis for management, tracking sales performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Coordinating Sales Meetings: Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and appointments for the sales team.
Documentation: Maintain organized records of sales activities, contracts, and customer communications.
Sales Team Support: Assist the sales team with any administrative tasks or special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
• Female candidates will be preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales coordinator or similar role.
• Proven track record of providing exceptional support to sales teams and achieving sales goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
