• Follow-Up: Assist with follow-up communication for leads, quotes, and proposals.
• Inventory Coordination: Work closely with the inventory team to ensure product availability and track stock levels.
• Documentation: Prepare sales-related documentation such as contracts, proposals, and invoices.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to streamline processes.
