Position - Sales Coordinator – Machine Tools Industry
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Employment Type: Full‑time
Salary: Up to ₹5,00,000 CTC per annum
About the Role
We're hiring a detail‑oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Pune operations. You’ll streamline the sales process, enhance customer satisfaction, and partner with cross‑functional teams in a growing industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end‑to‑end sales operations: process enquiries, prepare quotes, raise orders in ERP/CRM
Coordinate with production, logistics, dispatch, and finance to enable on‑time delivery
Track order status, resolve customer queries, and ensure smooth execution
Maintain accurate documentation: sales orders, delivery notes, invoices, inventory logs
Generate weekly/monthly sales reports and dashboards for management
Collaborate with sales team on lead follow‑ups and conversions
Required Qualifications & Skills
Diploma/Graduate in Engineering, Business, or related field
1–3 years in sales support, coordination, or CRM/ERP-focused roles—ideally B2B
Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office; ERP/CRM experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written English; Marathi/Hindi is an advantage
Highly organised, detail-driven, and able to prioritise under pressure
Proactive communicator and team player
Optional (Nice-to-Have)
Familiarity with industrial machinery or manufacturing domain
Exposure to export/import logistics
Understanding of billing, invoicing, and payment follow-up
