Sales Coordinator – Marketing
Job Summary: Sales Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the sales and marketing activities of the organization. This individual is responsible for coordinating various aspects of the sales process, managing marketing campaigns, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team, marketing department, and clients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Upload tenders, Prepare direct tender documents and follow up with QC & PPC for tender documents
Monitor Gem Registrations & create product specification cum catalogue and Bid upload item wise.
Maintain records for tender quoted by us
Follow up with QC & PPC regarding in house test reports and NABL; also follow for document & certificates required in domestic
Dealing with domestic client and new query
Verify export and domestic courier bills
Raise Performa invoice & Work order on ERP
Direct tenders short fall clarification & prepare agreements of direct tenders
Prepare the sample order and arrange the samples and send to party for international marketing
Complete all papers related to dispatch like communication with field staff and dealer; PI approval, Party current status about payment rate and outstanding.
Mandatory: 2-3 years experience
