Full Job Description
1. Co-ordinating amongst Marketing,Production and Quality Control Departments for sample dispatch.
2. Customer prospect profile maintenance
3. Record and maintenance of customer problems, complaints and questions-in-person
4. Assisting the marketing team in organizing exhibitions, seminars, etc.
5. Arranging ticket booking, visa, and accommodation.
6. Devising and maintaining office systems,including data management and filing
7. Preparing the presentations and excel reports.
8. Coordination with factory for sample and production status
+. Maintenance and analysis of Customer data, Market trends Etc.
10. Sending samples to prospective customer.
11. Purchase order creation checking and finalization.
12. Additional administration responsibilities regarding sales and international sales.
13. Coordinating with sales by managing schedules, filing imp documents, and communicating relevant information.
14. Ensuring the adequacy of sales related equipment/tools/material.
15. Responding to the complaints from customers and provide after sales service.
Typical Duties :
1. Coordinates and has responsibilities for a consignment/project or specific task related to export for the international sales.
2. organizes and implement administrative systems and procedure performing necessary support from duties.
Experience : 5 years’ experience in an export organization preferably in processed food Industry.
Educational Qualifications : B.com Graduate.
