Job Description
Make inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and business requirements.
Allocate and assign qualified leads to sales executives as per region/territory.
Coordinate closely with sales executives and internal departments for smooth lead handover and follow-ups.
Handle client communication, including queries, follow-ups, and basic product/service information.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data, lead details, and customer information in the CRM.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports using Excel (daily, weekly, and monthly).
Track lead status, sales progress, and conversion data
Ensure proper documentation and data accuracy across systems
Support the sales team with coordination and administrative tasks as required.
Preferred Candidate Profile
1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, telecalling, inside sales, or sales support roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
Working knowledge of MS Excel (MIS reports, data tracking, basic formulas)
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (preferably Zoho CRM).
Good understanding of lead management and sales processes
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
