Job Description

We are a 100 year old organisation having several diverse businesses. In our Hydraulics division we are the Authorised Distributors (Channel Partners) for MNCs viz. Bosch Rexroth, Eaton, Danfoss, Yuken, Dana Brevini, Blain Hydraulics, Ognibene Power, Parker Denison, Sai Motors, Tokyo Keiki and EPE.

We are looking for an output driven Sales Coordinator to sell our Hydraulic products. Product knowledge is a must.

Our products are used by industries like, Agriculture, Mining, Defense, Steel, Machine tools, Cement, Automobiles, Marine & Shipping, General Engineering, Material Handling Equipment, earth Moving Equipment, Construction Equipment, Plastic Processing Machines, Renewable Energy (Wind & Solar), Hydraulic Ground Support and Test Equipment, Ports, Textile, Special Purpose Machine Manufacturers, Power, Rubber, Paper, Power Pack Manufacturers, Power plant and Hydropower.

Responsibilities

Should be responsible and experienced person, who has worked with a distributor of Industrial / Engineering products, The accountability and responsibility of this role entails providing sales and operational support, efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of our Sales Team.
• Lead generation, prompt reply to inquiries, ability to give quotations, proposals, aggressive follow up and negotiation with customers for getting orders and payment recovery, preparing client database-Mail Campaigning.
• Interactions with Principals - Negotiation of prices and terms, placing of orders, smooth execution of orders.
• Coordinating Local transportation and Logistics related activities for delivery of material to customers.
• GOVT/PSU Tenders - Searching and procuring TENDER business from GeM and other portals.
• Digital Marketing - through IndiaMart,
• eCommerce - updating of products on ecommerce websites and promoting them.
• Providing support to the Sales Team for proposal building. Taking charge of monthly and weekly sales reporting, keeping track of sales orders & reporting to concern head.
• Searching new customers online and maintain their records in database for future references and follow-ups
• Honest, trustworthy and Excellent grasping power, written & verbal communication along with strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Coordinating between field Engineers and Customers and sorting issue and building long term relationship.
• Managing export documentation.

Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree
