Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Assist in the preparation and organization of sales presentations and proposals.
Maintain and update customer databases.
Handle and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Order Processing: Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
Keep track of order status and communicate updates to customers.
Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.
Address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Sales Team Support:Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
Provide administrative support to sales representatives.
Assist in the preparation of sales reports and performance analysis.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and documentation.
Generate and analyse sales reports for management.
Prepare and distribute sales-related documentation.
Event Coordination :Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, conferences, or exhibitions.
Ensure logistics for sales meetings and presentations are well-managed.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
