• Coordinate that the ticket responses are received by the proper team in time.
• Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
• Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of events.

• Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails.
