wise).

Maintain & update marketing staff details.Check and verify expense statement of marketing employee.Updating records online e-reporting web.Invoices generate and scheme modified in ERP system for Primary sales.Do follow up regarding outstanding and payment.Do approval regarding extra scheme.Make indent of distributor and do further process.

Computer Skills:

Typing speed 50 w.p.m..Advance excel like V-look up, H-look up, Pivot Table, Sum if, Macro, some conditional

formatting formula

Roles and Responsibilities

Coordination between dealer/customer, executive and factory from order generation to delivery of goods, Organizing way bills and follow-up of C forms,

Maintaining customer data time to time (updating customer profile with email id, phone, address etc on SAP).

Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested Have to Coordinate with Clients, understand their needs, find inventories from database/website & send proposals, follow, arrange site visits for them, negotiations, deal closure, etc

Coordinate with sales team and clients

Daily submission of Sales MIS, logistic support activities, should be able to do and organize tele sales, redressal of customer complaints, procurement and distribution of promotional materials, scrutiny and clearance of orders placed by customers including credit checking etc.

Daily follow up with the field force to ensure customer coverage, sales order booking supply and payment collection as per planned objective.

Responsible to Co-ordinate with ASM for day-to-day operations Responsible to make the sales order, sending quotation to clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must have strong knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and word to create proposals and presentations to customers.

Must have strong tele sales skills and have ability to build interpersonal skills.

Willigness to do field work if required.

Should be strong in coordinating sales team.

Will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, fixing demo appointments & audience generation to support the sales teams.

Proficiency in working with Laptop computers is a must.

Able to identify new prospects from multiple sources including events, emails, prospect lists, discovery ,Individual Research Candidate should be good in excel and should be talkative.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
