• Job Description: Should be aware of lead generation methods
• Should be good at follow ups with cordial relations with the enquiries
• Should be aware of pre-sales filtration methods / Pre-qualification of the leads
• Should be meticulous in record keeping & updating the systems / CRM
• Should be good in communications skills – Marathi / Hindi
• Need to have good in telephone etiquettes
• Should be aware of basic computer working / Should be Tech Savvy
• Knowledge of POS, Excel, Database Management & knowhow of Retail / shop – would be an added advantage
