Responsibilities:
• Y-Axis receives over 1+ Lakh enquiries each month. You will be responsible for counselling these enquiries and selling our services, over the phone, email & in person: As the inside sales consultant, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers seeking overseas education or immigration services. You will be responsible for understanding their requirements and guiding them through the available options. You must be able to sell our services effectively, over the phone, email, and in person, by articulating the value proposition of our services and addressing customer queries and concerns.
• Advice on the overseas options available, so as to enable the candidates & their family make an educated choice & the right decision: The inside sales consultant should possess a deep understanding of the overseas education and immigration landscape. They should be able to provide expert advice to customers on the available options, including the pros and cons of each option. They should also be able to guide customers in making informed decisions that align with their goals and preferences.
• Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies: The inside sales consultant must be well-versed in the current immigration and visa laws and policies of the countries we provide services for. They should be able to provide clear and accurate information to customers on the requirements and procedures involved in the immigration and visa application process.
• Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidate's profile: The inside sales consultant must possess the ability to objectively evaluate a candidate's profile based on their qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors. They should be able to provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidate's chances of success in the immigration and visa application process.
• Provide a personal global career strategy customized to their needs: The inside sales consultant should be able to provide personalized career strategies to customers that are customized to their individual needs and preferences. This involves understanding the customer's goals and aspirations, and guiding them towards the most appropriate career paths and overseas education or immigration options.
• Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs: The inside sales consultant must possess excellent customer service skills. They should be able to proactively respond to customer queries and concerns, and provide timely advice and guidance on their overseas immigration and visa needs. This involves maintaining a high level of responsiveness and ensuring that customer expectations are met or exceeded.
• Meet the assigned targets: As an inside sales consultant, you will be responsible for achieving the assigned targets in terms of customer acquisition, revenue generation, and other relevant metrics. This involves setting clear goals, developing a sales strategy, and executing the strategy effectively. You must also possess the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs, and continuously improve your sales performance.
Required Skills:
• · Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers: The inside sales consultant must have excellent communication skills to effectively counsel customers on their overseas options and services. They must be able to explain complex immigration and visa laws and policies in a clear and concise manner, while also actively listening to customer queries and concerns.
• · Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills: The inside sales consultant should possess strong problem-solving skills to identify and address customer issues and concerns. They should also have a customer service mind-set to ensure that customer queries and complaints are addressed promptly and effectively.
• · Familiarity with computers and the internet: As the inside sales consultant role involves significant online interaction, the candidate should be comfortable using computers and the internet, and have basic knowledge of online communication tools such as email, video conferencing, and instant messaging.
