We are looking for an organized, engaging FEMALE admissions counselor who will connect students with the right programs, and resources to help them get the most out of the college experience. The Admission Counselor will guide students to assess their academic standing and extracurricular activities, inform them about programs, and majors, and connect them with resources that will help them get admission.
You should be knowledgeable, resourceful, and supportive with strong communication skills.
Duties and responsibilities
Be knowledgeable about the product of the Academy.
Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person or via phone/ mail.
Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion.
Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems.
Highlighting the benefits of specific courses in order to attract students and encourage diversity on campus.
Follow Up on leads generated through various sources.
Counsel and guide aspiring candidates about the various career options
