Key Responsibilities:
Counsel clients on products/services and help them make informed decisions
Handle inbound and outbound calls or walk-in clients
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
Maintain records of interactions, transactions, and customer feedback
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize client outreach strategies
Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Female candidates only (due to role-specific requirements)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in sales or counseling is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, target-oriented, and customer-focused
Comfortable working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
