Who is a Counseling Shortcuts Sales Counselor?
A Business Development Sales Counselor plays a crucial role in enhancing a company's growth by overseeing the entire sales lifecycle, from initial engagement to the ultimate conversion i.e. enrollment in the program. This position involves engaging with parents or adult learners who have participated in a demo class and experienced the product already. The counselor conducts thorough video counseling sessions, guiding decision makers towards informed decisions leading to a purchase.

Selected candidate day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
2. Generating leads by cold calling 140-250 calls every day
3. Set up demo sessions with potential customers
4. Generate trial classes, demo and assessments by pitching parents to take our program and AI-powered career assessments
5. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
6. Follow and achieve the department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis (3L revenue per month)
7. Go the extra mile to drive sales

Mission Statement:

In your training period, we shall actively probe you through the process using Training Decks, Live Experiences, Re-Training Programs that aims to give you an overall Learning experience along with you paid stipend along the journey.
We create career oriented BDT in this 3 month whose skill becomes unmatched across the sector.
You are required to use right sales strategy and accomplish 1 Lac of revenue in the training period, hence making a way to achieve License to Sell (L-2-S).
You will be entitled for training stipend of INR. 24428 per month.
Attendance of +0% is mandatory in 1 month of training.
Post 1L Revenue achievement, you will be entitled for below CTC
India Shift – INR 7.10 LPA (4.8 LPA Fixed + 2.3 LPA Variable)
US/ Canada Shift - INR 8.10 LPA (5.8 LPA Fixed + 2.3 LPA Variable)

Other requirements

1. Proficiency in English

2. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

3. Fast learner and passion for sale

4. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

5. Proven experience in sales or relevant roles is a plus

6. A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus

7. Female candidates preferred

8. Hindi as the first language preferred

Criteria:

Willing to work 6 days in a week in a fast paced startup.
Ready to work and Join Immediately.
Week-off Fixed "Sundays" Only
