We are hiring Sales Counselor for Wellness and Fitness Service Industry
Sales Counselor plays a crucial role in closely following up the sales leads and satisfactory closure of converting leads into registered customers by using selling and convincing skills.
Roles and Responsibilities -
• Making outgoing calls mainly.
• New enquiries and incoming calls also.
• Minimum 35 connected calls per day. Weekly off any other day besides Sunday
• Follow up on all leads received, ensuring entry of each lead in CRM.
Desired Skill Set -
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English and Hindi
• Optional languages if known - Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, or Bengali
• Convincing and selling skills.
• Self-Motivated person with a zest to do result-oriented work.
• Basic computer knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets, CRM.
