Position Overview Job Title: Sales Coverage - Associate Location: Pune Role Description The Sales Coverage Assistant supports revenue generating sales/coverage teams in engaging with the bank’s clients. Their work is directed by a Sales Specialist or Lead Salesperson and includes some revenue generating activities. The Sales Coverage Assistant may interact with new and existing clients as a first point of contact to handle and direct client queries to the appropriate internal experts as determined by guidelines and processes provided to them. They may also be directed to produce pitch books, market analysis and presentation material to help maximise sales opportunities. Your Skills And Experience • 7+ years demonstrable experience working in Trade Finance client facing roles managing sales and client services. • Ability to track, understand and adapt policies, regulatory and process changes. • Sound knowledge of FEMA, local and global regulations impacting trade finance to perform client advisory. • Hands on experience of handling Funded, Non-Funded products in Trade finance. • MBA or equivalent work experience. CDSC, CSDG, FEDAI training certification is preferred. • Ability to deliver confidently and drive revenue / asset growth. • Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
