• Role Description
The Sales Coverage Support Analyst works with the Sales team to support them in their client facing activities. The Sales Coverage Support Analyst will not undertake any revenue generating activity. The Sales Coverage Support Analyst may analyse client and market data, create presentation material and facilitate interactions with new and existing clients to allow the Sales team to make efficient use of sales opportunities. They may be involved in liaising and support the client in account related activities through their strong understanding of the roles, responsibilities and processes that are pertinent to the client’s interaction with the Bank. In addition, Sales Coverage Support work to ensure adherence to applicable internal policies and external legal/regulatory frameworks. Ongoing relationships with Sales Coverage team. Working relationships with origination, trading, client services, operations staff - if applicable & to the degree that is commensurate with the business area - to both gather information and direct client enquiries the most appropriate point to effectively resolve issues.

• Your key responsibilities
- Integrated member of Corporate Coverage team, supporting ACOs to ensure the completion of the Account Activity Reviews (AARs) / Expected Nature & Purpose of the Relationship (ENPRs) in the required time frame.
- Support ACOs on the Account Activity Reviews (AARs) / Expected Nature & Purpose of the Relationship (ENPRs) process including but not limited to:
- Responsible for inputting client’s expected account activity into system based on review of past activity and discussions with client
- Reviewing clients’ past account activity against expected and providing commentary in system to support ACO completing attestation
- Identifying potential risks and anomalies in clients’ account activity. Escalating to ACO / AFC as required
- Escalating issues related to AAR/ENPR to relevant stakeholders (BET, BSU, AFC, IT-support) when required
- Working and following up with relevant stakeholders to resolve AAR/ENPR related issues
- Collecting transaction data from Ops teams as required to support completion of AAR/ENPR
- Monitoring AAR/ENPR completion progress, follow-up with ACOs when required.
• Your skills and experience
- Recognized university degree and / or experience in relationship management/ Transaction banking products
- Willing to work under time driven deadlines to complete KYC AAR/ENPR review cases
- Be pro-active and able to resolve and respond to ad hoc requests and issues within the agreed turnaround times.
- Be diligent and ensure quick escalations on key AAR/ENPR related issues or matters that require ACOs or other teams’ attention.
- Good English oral & written communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders including senior management.
