Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated, personable, and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, understanding customer needs, and guiding people toward the right solutions. You’ll work across in-store, phone, and email sales while contributing to sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
Engage with customers in-store, over the phone, and via email
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions
Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on sales enquiries
Achieve individual and team sales KPIs, including revenue, conversion, and follow-up targets
Maintain accurate customer records and sales notes in internal systems
Work closely with customer service and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and supplier updates
Skills & Experience
✅ Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles
✅ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✅ Demonstrated ability to work toward and achieve sales KPIs and performance targets
✅ Confident in closing sales and following up leads
✅ Highly organised with strong time management skills
✅ High-level computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and web-based systems
✅ High level of multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
✅ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
✅ Valid National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
✅ Ability to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check (WWCC)
✅ (Preferred) Experience with POS, CRM, or task management systems (e.g. Retail Express, ClickUp)
