Job Description
1. Name/industry of recruiting organization:
UK based business lending company (100-200 employees)
2. Job Role:
Customer support / Sales support analyst
3. Job Description:
- First point of call for incoming customer queries
- Answer basic customer queries (via email)
4. Experience Required
- 1-2 years of customer management experience
4. Work Location
- Remote
- Preferably work UK hours (+am - 6pm)
5. Salary/Compensation Offered
- 20k - 30k INR per month
We'll pay out a sign-up bonus (one lump sum amount) depending on how long they stay with us.
- 10k INR for 6 months
- 25k INR for 1 year
- 60k INR for 2 years
This will be payable at the end of each term. So for example, if they've stayed with us 6 months after joining - we'll pay a one-off bonus of 10k INR. If they stay for another 6 months, we'll pay another 15k at the end of year 1 (totaling 25k INR at the end of year 1).

7. Any prerequisite requirements
- Good communication skills - both verbal and written (English)
- Quick learner - learn and be able to use new tools (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft outlook)
- Self-starter - can be proactive and solve problems without requiring too much assistance

- We require the candidate to have access to a laptop and good internet connection (to be able to do remote meetings
