Job Description
The Sales Data Associate role is a key role for the Sales Operations function. This role will work closely with the sales and sales operations teams to support our sales pipeline, projects, and ongoing sales operations processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Data Quality
• Monitor and maintain sales records and data via sales data audits to ensure the firm’s CRM system and sales pipeline data is accurate and up to date
• Work collaboratively with appropriate firm individuals/groups to ensure data accuracy and enhancement in a timely manner
Sales Operations Support
• Support sales and sales operations projects through data requests, reporting, and research as assigned
• Assist with the management of the sales operations email inquiry “inbox”
• Respond or handle sales data inquiry requests such as duplicate account record merging
• Route inquiries to appropriate sales operations team member
CRM Support
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of sales CRM dashboards/views as assigned
• Assist with the creation of sales-specific enhancements within CRM as assigned
• Assist with sales data entry within CRM as assigned
Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience (required)
TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); intermediate Excel skills preferred
• Strong attention to detail and documentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment on concurrent projects and activities
• Ability to research, analyze, and interpret information required
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact respectfully and professionally with all levels of firm employees
• Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated required
EXPERIENCE
2-3 years in sales operations or sales support role in a professional services environment
