Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Pune City for a Sales Designer specializing in interiors. The Sales Designer will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, present design concepts, and create tailored interior solutions. Responsibilities include guiding customers throughout the design process, offering expertise in kitchen and bath design, and closing sales with a customer-centric approach. The role requires a balance of creativity, technical skills, and excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Interior Design, with expertise in creating customized and functional solutions for diverse spaces
- Robust skills in Sales and the ability to guide clients from initial discussions to project closure
- Experience in Kitchen & Bath Design, with an eye for detail and understanding of practical layouts
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for effective client engagement and relationship management
- Ability to work on-site in Pune and collaborate with clients and team members seamlessly
- Previous experience in designing or sales within the home interior design space is a plus
- A diploma or degree in Interior Design is preferred
