In this role, you’ll collaborate with customers, designers, and home builders to create beautiful, functional kitchens while delivering an exceptional experience from start to finish. You won’t be on your own—our design team is collaborative, supportive, and always ready to share ideas on layouts, color pairings, and finishes. Plus, we provide in-house training to help you grow your skills and confidence.

What You’ll Do
Work one-on-one with customers to understand their needs, style, and budget
Design kitchens and layouts using professional software (training provided)
Host showroom visits to review concepts and guide clients through selections—working together to create something extraordinary

Comfort using computers and a willingness to learn new software
A creative mindset and strong attention to detail
A positive, team-focused attitude
Eagerness to learn and grow in a supportive setting
(Bonus: experience in sales, kitchen design, interior decorating or using design tools like 2020 Design or SketchUp or other Software's)

Pay: $40,000.00-$+5,000.00 per year
