Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Compensation: Base Pay + Uncapped Commissions (annual OTE: $75K+)

About the Position

We're looking for a dynamic, passionate, and driven Sales Development / Appointment Setter to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. As a Sales Setter, you are the first point of contact for high-intent prospects looking to improve their lives, businesses, and income.
• Drive high-volume outbound activity
• Qualify and engage prospects
• Book high-quality appointments for our sales team
• Create urgency and move people to action

This is a repetition-heavy, performance-driven role where output = income.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• 150+ outbound dials per day
• High daily activity across: Calls, Texts, Emails
• Consistent booking targets tied to performance
• Operate inside a structured, KPI-driven environment

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in outbound sales or appointment setting is a plus, but we’re open to candidates who have the right drive and willingness to learn.
• A passion for personal development, coaching, or self-improvement.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable with high-volume dialing (150+ calls per day) and working in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work on-site (4 days/week) in Scottsdale, AZ (Friday is a flex/work-from-home day).
• OTE: Target earnings for this role range from $75K+, uncapped commission, contingent on performance. This includes base salary + performance-based incentives.
