Roles & Responsibilities
• Creating new business & new client acquisition.
• Identify, pitch, and onboard new clients (in the real estate and infrastructure space).
• Work closely with Inside sales & delivery team to develop and/or expand relationships with new customers.
• Responsible for timely execution of proposals. Negotiate, structure, & close deals that meet customer expectations.
• Combine your knowledge & understanding of the customer's business to value sell with creative, tailored, & business contextual pitches/ presentations.
• Ensuring to drive to hearty-lengthy business discussion with a potential customer, and creating a rapport to drive sales across all products
• Would be responsible for handling his/her own and team's P&L and driving it across necessary metrics to create a successful portfolio.
• Increasing customer base across strategic & opportunistic locations.
