Job Role:- Sales Development Representative
CTC- (10-12) LPA maximum
Experience: 2-8 years
Location : PAN India (Preferably Delhi-NCR/Mumbai/Pune)

Role:
• Develop market intelligence and create account/client dockets
• Make cold calls and email prospects to align meetings for the Account Managers
• Demonstrate the ZingHR platform to new prospective customers
• Work with internal teams, such as Sales leadership, Product Marketing and Sales Operations, to execute email campaign on new product releases
• Record and document all sales activities in the CRM religiously
• B2B SaaS experience preferred
• Outbound calling experience for enterprise accounts preferred

• Must have intellectual curiosity- You love to ask questions and are genuinely interested in learning what a client’s needs are
• You have strong interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively

• Exposure to SaaS
• PS:- Avoid B2C background , B2B/Saas/Outbound sales experience/HR-Tech experience/ excellent communication skills preferred
