Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in the Printing/Packaging industry. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and generating business with customers, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have experience in domestic and international marketing within the packaging industry.
Responsibilities:
• Communicate with target audiences and maintain relationships with customers.
• Coordinate and generate business through various online sources and marketing tools.
• Work with the design department to prepare designs as per customer requirements.
• Coordinate with clients and the design department until the finalization of designs.
• Liaise with the production team regarding production and quality issues.
• Coordinate with clients and the factory dispatch department for product delivery.
• Follow up with junior marketing personnel for business generation.
• Enter company, product, and sales orders into the ERP system.
• Follow up on payments from customers as per terms and conditions.
• Maintain and update customer databases.
• Create and deliver marketing ideas and activities to management.
• Organize sales visits to existing and prospective clients.
• Submit travel reports to the reporting manager after each visit.
• Maintain files, documents, and online folders as per management guidelines.
• Prepare and provide MIS reports as required by management.
• Handle any back-end related work efficiently.
• Develop sales strategies and set targets.
• Achieve the targets and goals set for the assigned area.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the packaging industry.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Familiarity with domestic and international marketing practices.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using online marketing tools and platforms.
• Experience with ERP systems for data entry and management.
• High level of organizational and time management skills.
