About the role:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new sales leads for our enterprise SAAS products. You will be working closely with the sales team to ensure that our product is reaching the right audience and that our sales pipeline is always full.
SDRs are the tip of the spear when it comes to developing new business opportunities for Infilect. Working within the sales team, they are responsible for researching and contacting potential clients in order to engage with prospects and understand if there is a qualified sales opportunity. SDRs are pivotal to the success of the company and interact with Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Product, in order to build compelling stories and reasons for the prospects to engage with Infilect and are targeted on organizing sales, calls for Account Executives to begin the sales process.
As an SDR, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Identify, qualify, and generate new sales leads through outbound calling, emailing, and social selling
• Research and understand the needs of potential customers and match them with our products
• Schedule and conduct product demos with potential customers
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of leads and deals
• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly lead generation and qualification targets
• Continuously improve lead generation processes and strategies
Skills required include:
• 2+ years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Must haves:
• Passion for business growth and business partnerships
• Willingness to work in an intense and fast-paced startup environment
• Very strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Work out of Bangalore, India
