In an attempt to make the lives of Human Resource personnel everywhere easier, FullThrottle Labs is working on an HRTech SAAS product with incredible potential to disrupt the online recruitment industry!
To ensure the effective recognition of this product in the market, FullThrottle Labs is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team and help identify and convey a compelling value proposition of the platform to the prospects. The ultimate goal is to have lakhs of recruiters around the country use our product-PyjamaHR- to make recruiting simple and seamless.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage, nurture and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities.
2. Use phone calls, personalized emails, social media, and other channels to reach out to analytics decision-makers and generate interest.
3. When a prospect wants to explore our solution, you will perform the first discovery call and will qualify the lead on BANT metrics.
4. Once the lead is BANT qualified, you 'll introduce them to an Account Executive (AE) who will handle the relationship and sales cycle.
5. Maintain well organised, up-to-date, and accurate sales information and activity reports in HubSpot CRM system.
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
2. Ability to identify opportunities.
3. Strategy-driven individual with a research-based approach & outstanding presentation skills.
4. Savvy with LinkedIn Ads and Google search engine marketing.
Pre-requisites:
1. 1-2 years of experience in a sales development role in B2B SaaS-based organizations(Outbound Sales Experience preferred)
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Collaboration skills, both at the executive level and with peers and cross-functional teams.
4. Can clearly articulate ideas, frame problems, and offer solutions.
5. Multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Quick learner with the ability to contribute individually and understand complex topics.
7. An ambitious individual who can work in their own direction towards agreed targets/goals.
