Position Summary
We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this entry-level role, you will play a key part in generating and qualifying leads, engaging potential clients, and fueling the growth of our MaaS solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and research potential customers, including transit agencies, cities, venues and businesses.
Conduct outbound outreach through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and networking events.
Engage prospective clients, introduce ZED.digital’s solutions, and qualify leads.
Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives.
Maintain and update lead records within the CRM system.
Stay up to date with industry trends, mobility technology, and smart transportation and venue solutions.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven with a passion for technology and sales.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Interest in Mobility as a Service and digital transportation and Venue solutions.
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
