Industry: Diamond Jewelry Manufacturing (B2B)
Compensation:
Expected Year 1 OTE: $75,000 - $95,000
$20-23/hour Base Pay
Uncapped commission + bonuses
Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Sales Efforts
60-80 Cold calls per day to market-qualified leads
proactively reach out to independent jewelers nationwide
Generate interest and qualified first inquiries for account managers to oversee
Drive new business opportunities through consistent outbound activity
2. Inbound Sales Efforts
Respond promptly to inbound leads (calls, emails, web inquiries) generated from our existing marketing efforts
Maintain organized follow-up to move prospects forward
3. Pipeline & CRM Management
Maintain clean & organized tracking of all leads in our CRM
Track all activity, conversations & follow-ups
Implement regular check-ins and personalized outreach to move leads through the sales funnel.
Create and execute follow-up strategies—personalized emails, calls, or mailers—to convert interest into action.
Ideal Candidate has:
B2B sales experience
Comfortable with high-volume cold calling
Strong organizational skills with experience in lead tracking or CRM tools.
Comfortable making outbound calls and writing effective follow-up emails.
Clear communicator (phone + email)
Teamwork mentality
Friendly approach to building relationships
Jewelry industry experience is a plus
