Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and highly articulate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. Ideal candidates will come with 2+ years of experience in an International BPO outbound sales process, and have a track record of booking qualified meetings, hitting outreach KPIs, and handling global conversations with clarity and professionalism.

This role will play a key part in prospecting and building our global pipeline—especially in the US and APAC regions—by engaging with engineering and finance leaders from cloud-first organizations.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
• Book discovery or demo meetings for the Account Executive team with ICP personas such as Engineering Managers, CTOs, and CFOs.
• Follow structured outreach cadences while tailoring messaging to each prospect.
• Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs including call volume, email outreach, and meetings booked.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM (HubSpot).
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and campaigns.
• Learn and stay updated on cloud platforms, and RKS Cloud's value proposition.

Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales.
• Proven track record of achieving call/meeting targets and booking qualified leads.
• Strong written and spoken English with neutral accent clarity.
• Confidence in engaging senior global stakeholders over calls and email.
• Experience using CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
• Ability to learn fast, understand new concepts, and pitch technical value propositions.
• Strong work ethic, discipline, and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Good to Have
• Prior SaaS or tech sales experience.
• Understanding of the US/UK market sales culture.
