Our primary product, Atmosphere, is delivered across several editions including Cloud, Hosted, and On-Premise. We provide core infrastructure, network and security, and advanced data and deployment services, catering to a global clientele with our robust and versatile offerings.
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Remote Sales Development Representative to drive the growth and expansion of Atmosphere. This role will require a strategic focus on customer engagement, lead generation, and market research, all from the comfort of your own home. Although this is a remote position, we prefer candidates who can have an overlap with EST business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, conducting business introductions virtually.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to aid in the development of sales strategies.
- Conduct remote market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
- Develop strong and effective working relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Drive sales growth by generating leads through outbound prospecting.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of accounts and contribute to the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales-related activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Proficient in managing the sales pipeline using CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Familiarity with cloud services, OpenStack, and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently.
- Availability during EST business hours is preferred, but not required.
