Sales & Digital Assistant

We’re on the hunt for a Sales & Digital Assistant to support our fast-paced sales and e-commerce teams. This is a diverse and hands-on role, ideal for someone who’s digitally savvy, detail-driven, and passionate about beauty and retail.

What you’ll be doing:

Sales Platform & Data Support

Load, update and maintain product data including SKUs, barcodes, imagery and pricing

Generate weekly out-of-stock (OOS) reports for Farmers and Pharmacy channels

Maintain and troubleshoot Opmetrix system; set up sales templates, load promotions, and onboard new SKUs

Website & E-Commerce Management

Upload and manage product listings, pricing, and promotions on cs.co.nz

Execute online promotions including cart rules and pricing mechanics

Conduct website audits and support promotional campaigns with fresh content

Crush Beauty

Own weekly EDM planning, content creation, and product uploads

Manage new product development (NPD) uploads, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing and imagery

Keep the site content fresh, aligned with campaign messaging and visually engaging

Administrative & Sales Support

Support purchase orders, reconciliations, and brand reporting using GAPIM

Maintain the monthly brand catalogue tracker for paid media and promotional activity

Coordinate distribution of promotional componentry and materials

Provide general administrative support as needed across the team

What you’ll bring:

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Excellent organisational and multitasking skills

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

Confidence working with digital tools (Opmetrix, ERP, or e-commerce platforms a plus)

Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach

A passion for the beauty, FMCG, or retail industry
