Intent of the Role: Expanding our global sales team to plan, prospect and execute the sales in strategic market of India
Role:
• Design strategy of Teexma Entry in India
• Acquire staffing/ODC contracts
• Have in-depth knowledge & insights of the IT- Industry and products & services offered by the Company
• Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets Managing existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities
• Generate new leads, schedule & arrange in-person meetings with the decision-makers to screen potential business opportunities and close deals in sync to company goals
• Develop, nurture and foster Business Relationships
• Research to identify target-customer needs and envision prospective sales trend, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline
• Strategically forecast, develop and amend quarterly/yearly Sales Plan to attain the revenue target contingent to changing operational & market trend
• Craft, Acquire, Negotiate, Pursue & facilitate the Client Contracts
• Develop and implement overarching IT-Sales, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
• Physically attend client meetings, seminars, conferences and networking events and industry meets and be a face of the Company

Salary: Upto 10 lpa + Lucrative Incentive Plan
• This role matures into Director Sales- APAC with commensurate benefits
Must Haves:
Experience in selling ERP/SAP 10 years (20%)
Experience in B2B sales in industrial sectors appreciated
Experience in Technical Software Sales preferred
Proficient in Written & Verbal Communications in English
Experience in Staffing Sales (2+ years)
