Job Description

Location: India – Remote
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible to develop grain processing business particularly in biofuel ethanol in South Asia as per aligned with organizational mission and targets.
• Identify and capitalize on regional opportunities for growth, partnerships, and innovation.
• Develop go-to-market strategy with key action plans based on in-depth understanding of the industry trend, competitor, market needs, resources and support requirement, etc.
• Lead and mentor sales managers and technical service managers and cross-functional teams across the region. Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative work culture. Ensure succession planning, capability building, and leadership development.

Qualifications:
• At least BSc. in Chemistry/Biotechnology/Chemical Engineering or any relevant fields with minimum 5 years working experience in biofuel ethanol or grain processing industry.
• Strong background in the biofuel ethanol or grain processing industry.
• Senior commercial experience with specialty chemicals or enzymes, including direct and indirect sales via sales channels.
• Comfortable with multi-cultural and remote working environment, with strong proactiveness to work across functions internally and externally.
• Solid People leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively drive opportunities and address challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills; Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software, and CRM.
• Travelling required up to 50%
