Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and maximize revenue.
Team Leadership: Mentor and manage the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
Market Analysis: Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to inform sales strategies.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certifications are advantageous.
Proven experience in sales management or a similar leadership role, preferably in the design or creative industries.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategic decision-making.
Proficiency in sales software and technology tools.
Salary:
Hourly Range: AUD 70 - AUD 120
